Manic created all things interactive for MINI from May 2003 to December 2005, when the local MINI dealership changed hands. This included not just the design and maintenance of the MINI.com.sg website but also an ongoing email marketing programme, the creation of microsites and online games, and the management of the online enquiries and leads database.
In 2.5 years, the MINI.com.sg website received more than 1200 enquiries through the website, of which 10% were test drive requests. A significant number of these were converted into MINI purchases, justifying MINI's investment in interactive media as a means of reaching its target audience.
