INGREDIENTS

Filling:
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon gelatin
375g cream cheese
1/2 cup milk
60g white chocolate
60g dark chocolate melted
1/2 cup sugar

Base:
125g plain chocolate biscuits
60g butter melted

(Blend biscuits, mix with butter press into the bottom of a 20cm round tin.)
