1. Marinate beef with salt, coarse black pepper, and 50ml of red wine.
   
2. Let stand for an hour (or 15 minutes, depending on how hungry you are).
   
3. Either grill or pan fry steaks with butter until desired doneness.

Douse with red wine and sprinkle with salt and pepper before removing from pan.
