Marinate beef with salt, coarse black pepper, and 50ml of
red wine. |

Let stand for an hour (or 15 minutes, depending on how hungry
you are). |

Either grill or pan fry steaks with butter until desired doneness. |

Douse with red wine and sprinkle with salt and pepper before
removing from pan.

Serve with garden vegetables, mash potatoes and mushroom sauce. |
