Marinated some sukiyaki beef with this for the usual Chinese New Year steamboat. You can keep some aside to use as dip.
 

INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp chopped garlic
4 tbsp grated ginger
2 tbsp shallots (optional)
2 tbsp sesame oil
4 tbsp soya sauce
12 tbsp chicken stock / water
4 tbsp hua tiao wine
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp peanut oil

 
1. Measure and mix.
