Handle with Care
I’m too excited to keep these gmen under wraps any longer! Well “g” stands for gingerbread of course, and “g” marks the spot. Apparently, it also stands for gibberish. Bleah!
Hmm, ok, nothing like cookies and Valentine’s Day to make you feel like a giddy schoolgirl again.

Posted by: perlie at January 18, 2007 12:38 AMThe red hearts are made of melted sugar. It’s really easy. You bake the cookies with a hole in them. Melt caster sugar And colouring (DO NOT STIR, NEVER STIR), then pour it into the cavity and let it cool.
Wetting the sugar with some water might help it melt easier and prevent burning.
As for perlie, you’ll probably wanna post a comment here for best results.
