Midnight Apple Pie

Mom and I stayed up till 2.00am last night to bake three apple pies for a shoot today. This is just one of them. We had so much fun too, especially after I made her some Vodka Ribena.
We get along a lot better now that I’ve stopped trying not to “become my mother.” So I guess my interest in crafts, sewing, baking and cooking all came from her. And as my brother pointed out, my penchant for junk comes from dad.
