Election Day
It’s been more than a month since I last blogged :-P Halfway between busy and lazy and I think I forgot that I had a blog.
Thankfully I have two ex-interns have been keeping the blog alive with some really great typography posts. Thanks Randy! Thanks Josh! Where’s Ernest?
Two wonderful interns have also come and gone and left us a huge lot of snacks and even gave me a bunch of links which I will now backpost (so scroll down, scroll down). Hello girls! Where are your websites?
So you see, I can skive for a while more.
Tomorrow, or later this morning, I get to vote for the first time in 30+ years.

Jimster, drinks before I enlist?
Posted by: Randy at May 10, 2006 12:45 AMheard the East Coast one is $15 per hour but not too sure about that. Batam one should be more worth it la :)
Posted by: jinghui at May 10, 2006 09:04 AMhaha.east coast outing then bbq.hmmm.
sounds like fun! :)
School is no longer of any fun, thanks to the new teaching system!
At the rate, we’re going, I think the BBQ will only happen if we, um, “delegate” and have some kind of pot luck or something….
Should do it before all the guys go off to serve the country.
Posted by: Karen at May 10, 2006 10:46 PMStarting from tomorrow, there’s 29 days left.
Posted by: Randy at May 10, 2006 10:48 PMWe’re counting down now. Let’s try to arrange a something simple then. Everyone bring something.
Posted by: Karen at May 11, 2006 11:20 PMWhat, one year overdue? I thought you were sending out invites 6 months ago ;)
Posted by: Joshua at May 13, 2006 04:39 PMMaybe it got lost in the mail.

Posted by: Karen at May 16, 2006 01:48 AMHAHA.
Posted by: dawn at May 16, 2006 11:38 PMSome progress has been made. Plans are underway for the BBQ.
Salad, fruits have been called.
Meats also have been called. But I think we’ll divvy up the meats further, so that more people can get involved.
It’s supposedly June 3, a Saturday. Randy, is that your last civilian weekend?
I think we might have to move it forward to June 1.
