Burger Queen
This weekend, I had a hankering for a good ol’ homemade burger. I topped it with sauteed cremini mushrooms and rocket leaves and the result was good.

I didnt go with cheese cos the mushrooms, sauteed with butter and red wine, had a really strong taste and sometimes I find cheese tends to overwhelm.
