Sunbathing Cupcakes


Weekend before the last, we had this fantastic oyster party with Coffin Bay and Tasmanian oysters, prawns, very spicy aglio olio spaghetti.
For dessert, LH made black rice soup with Ben & Jerrry’s ice-cream! I made Nigella Lawson’s cupcakes. No-one ate much of it. But to be fair, they are much nicer at room temperature. And the ganache is a dream to eat.
