Play with your Food
It’s hard to imagine that anything so pretty can be inspired by Damien “The Physical Impossibility of Death in the Mind of Someone Living” Hirst, but that’s what Toronto-based Blair Fukumura says. His desserts are so insanely beautiful, I bet they’re painful to eat. Especially wild are the Watermelon Bomb in a Blown Sugar Bubble, Champagne Thimble with Floating Raspberry, and Strawberry Interrupted (above).
And on a more playful note, Venus Zine has attempted Clare Crespo’s Jell-O Aquarium, with swimmingly good results. (via Boing Boing)
