Happy Birthday to Me

Jimmy bought me this gorgeous gorgeous bouquet of Dutch Roses. I’m a lucky girl. :)

Hey hey karen, sorry I’m late but nevertheless I would still like to wish u HAPPY BIRTHDAY! The roses from Jimmy are very PRETTY! How’s everyone? I bumped into Lenny 2 days ago @ Suntec. Hope you guys are doing well. :)
scotch says happy birthday too (yes 5 days late!) the flowers are beeeeuuuuuutiful! something about the lighting too, very very ‘sui’. meanwhile, I am still humming to the hubby (which proved to be too subtle, so now progressed to singing) barbra streisand’s ‘you don’t send me flowers anymore…..’
Posted by: jo at August 31, 2004 06:53 PMHi Charlotte - nice to hear from you. Drop by with Christine one of these days!
We’re still trying to organise the company BBQ we’ve been talking about, but Josephine (our first designer from way back) is hard to pin down.
The Dutch roses were specially imported, or so the florist says. Maybe her way of making them more expensive!
Posted by: jimmy at August 31, 2004 10:56 PMthose are really gorgeous flowers. happy belated birthday karen :)
Posted by: stef at September 2, 2004 01:18 AMThanks everyone for the birthday wishes. Never thought I’d actually be saying this, but it’s great to be 30!
The flowers didn’t last as long as I would’ve liked though. But that’s part of the beauty, I guess.
