I was wrong about the plant dying. A few days after I threw the plant away, tiny leaves started growing, which I mistook for weeds. About two weeks ago, there was a flower spotting a deep purple tan. And then two days ago, the pink ones came back.

And you know what? I no longer have to bring it in whenever it rains. It seems to be one hardy plant right now. And flowering very well too. And there’re the purple flowers which were not there before.

I guess whatever doesn’t kill us makes us stronger.
