hello,
i hope you don’t mind. i’ve been searching for singaporean patterns, one you would normally find in foods or restaurants. hope you can email me if you know a link or good example. thanks in advance! love your blog.
Singaporean patterns. Not sure what you are referring to, but the first thing that comes to mind is Peranakan (Straits Chinese) type of patterns, which I love by the way. I am not aware of any online resource, but I know of a book titled Chinese patterns, which might have what you are looking for.

thanks so much karen,
i’ll look this up. i think this might be it. what i was looking for, as an example, let’s say in india they always use the paisley-like patterns for food. whether it be on table cloth or canned food products. maybe singapore uses distinct patterns only for food. good day!
